DEPRESSION

Dear Seth,

    I have received your letter last two days. I feel sorry for what had happened to you. How do you feel right now? I hope that you are in a good condition.

     The teenage years can be tough, and it’s perfectly normal to feel sad every now and then. But if these feelings don’t go away or become worse that you can’t handle them, you may be suffering from depression. If you think you are depressed, you’re not alone. It is very helpful to share your worries with someone who will listen and care, such as your friends or counselor who can guide you to feel better.

   Here I will give you some usable advices that will help you to overcome your depression. Firstly, you may ask for help if you feel stress. If you’re dealing with relationship, friendship, or family problems, talk to an adult you trust. Your school may have a counselor you can go to for help, or you may want to ask your parents to make an appointment for you to see a doctor. Apart from that, you must try not to let yourself alone.  Spend your time with friends, especially those who are active and make you feel good about yourself. Try to avoid from hanging out with those who abuse drugs or alcohol, and get you into trouble. It’s also a good idea to limit the time you spend playing video games or surfing online. As you get out into the world,you will feel yourself better. Last but not least, avoid yourself from alcohol and drugs. You may be tempted to drink or use drugs in an effort to escape from your feelings. Substance use can not only make depression worse. Alcohol and drug use can also increase suicidal feelings. In short, drinking and taking drugs will make you feel worse not better.

      I want to share with you my depression problem.I had problem in my friendship that make me feel so stress.That time ,I feel nobody can be my friend.I have a friend that I very trust her to share anything problem that had happened to me.But she can tell my problem to all people. It can make me feel embarassed and very stress to confront with people. Everyone avoid themselves from me. I feel my life is over but I try to be a strong person because I think nobody cannot feel what had happened to me. Live must go on no matter what happened .I try to forget that thing because I don't want to stress myself for someone that cannot appreciate the friendship.

      I hope that you can use my advices and start a new healthy life. Remember that you are not alone. Here is the lyrics of You Are Not Alone that can prove to you that I will always by your side if you need my help.

The Big Bang Theory

INTRODUCTION
    This movie tell us about the life fulfill with science.It is a sitcom story.It can give many input to us.Life a person that with interesting with his own life.Everyday,in everything that he have done  will related with science.His life very interesting to get everything that he want.His life is  very enjoying.


 MORAL VALUE
     Moral that I have learn in this movie are we need to live with our own life.That show to me a lot of thing to do in life.To be a good person.After that,we need to have knowledge in our life to protect ourselves from  everything that not bad for us.When we are knowledgeable ,we cannot follow the bad thing in our life.


THE CHARACTER THAT YOU LOVE THE MOST AND WHY?
     The character that I love the most is Leonard Hofstadter.He is very intelligent person.He can use everything in his life with the science.When he talk also,he will add with the science.Then,he is a tolerate person.He can accept everything that have happen to him event bad thing.He will continue his life with happy life.Rather than that,he also a good men.He always help their friends and very neighborly.

YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE MOVIE
     My opinion about the movie is it is very nice movie to me because as a student it give many input to me.I will learn about courage and more responsible in my life.I like also this movie because it can make me enjoy when I see it.It can help me to release my tension.With fully joke.It is an intrigue movie.

CONCLUSION
   As a conclusion ,this movie is very interesting and have many input to us.It have teach us about live that fully with science and adventure .It also help us too more respect ourselves.Our life must be full fill with good thing to be a good and success person.

500 DAYS OF SUMMER

1. INTRODUCTION  
 Life is very important to everyone.Nobody want their life in sad and danger.Everyone want to get perfect live but we did not know rule of our future someday.As a human we must try to make ourselves in a happy life.Because,nobody can change our life.We also not always hope our live will be fine and happy forever.We must ready to accept everything that will happen to us.So,we will be a successful person in the world and can accept everything event hard to us.
  
2. MORAL VALUE
    There are a few moral value that I had learned in this movie have.First, don't expect all things we want to be reality as life is not as we knew it. Based on the movie, Tom always want his everyday life to be happy with no problem at all but it did not happened as he expected.
    Apart from that, we must realized that the person we love is not always going to love we back. This can be shown when Tom's love was rejected by Summer Finn. He thought that she loved him too as they had go through a lot together.
     Lastly, we also must not neglected our commitment just because of someone we loved. As we can see, Tom cannot focus with his work because he kept on thinking of his lover, Summer Finn.


3. THE CHARACTER THAT I LOVED THE MOST AND WHY?
    The character that I loved the most is Tom. He is such a romantic lover. He treated Summer so well and full with love. He is also a supportive brother. He give supports to her sister whenever she needs it. Besides, Tom is an open-minded person. He accept all his friends advices and opinions without questions.


4. YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE MOVIE.
    I like this movie. It teach me about life and love. Life is full of challenges and love is full of pain and suffer. 

 5. CONCLUSION
    In brief, the hero and heroin didn't live happily ever after together as they go on with their own life.

OBESITY IN CHILDREN

Obesity means having too much body fat. It is different from being overweight, which means weighing too much. Both terms mean that a person's weight is greater than what is considered healthy for his or her height. Children grow at different rates, so it isn't always easy to know when a child is obese or overweight. Ask your doctor to measure your child's height and weight to determine if he or she is in a healthy range.
If a weight loss program is necessary, involve the whole family in healthy habits so your child doesn't feel singled out. You can encourage healthy eating by serving more fruits and vegetables and buying fewer sodas and high-calorie, high-fat snack foods. Physical activity can also help your child overcome obesity or being overweight. Kids need about 60 minutes each day.

In my opinion ,
    Obesity is very bad for the children,we know that the children very attract to eat while they grow up.They need many food to help for grow and develop.as a parent ,they must manage type of nutrient for  their children.It can protect their children from get obesity.
  

THE POWER OF TIME

   Time is something abstrac to imagine.It is abtruse to know it's maens.As a human we need time to finished everything we have done everyday.Accept time we just continue our live  with nothing.So,many important of time to us to get everything perfect.
   Firstly,we imagine everyday we breath ,we need the time.As a human,time is very important to fullfill everything.Eccept time our world will be dark.No sunset and sunrise.When it happen our life will be change and it is nothing for us.Everyday we wake up from bad,we must think something to do today  and get  something benefict for our live.
   When,we waste our time with something bad,we just destroy our live.For example ,now many people,not take chance that they have to change thier life better than.Especially,teenager always waste thier time with bad things likes bully and vandalism.As a teenager we have to fullfill our life with something that can give benefict to us.We did not know our life someday.We must ready to protect our live from everything.Because of that ,we need to study and get knowledges from that,.
     Last but not least,time also can deaden some people .They just rush theirselve everyday to get a lot of money when they have a good job in thier live.It can make they forget to close theirselve to Allah.They think that everything they have today from actually from theirselve not Allah.Nobody can give everything to us accept Allah.We must praise to Allah because give us breath and good live.
    Finally,time is very important to everyones.Many good and bad thing from the time.If we manage our time with the best,we can get the best benefict from that.

Can Social Networking Sites Like Facebook Cause Stress? By Deborah Mitchell

After an 18-year-old man experienced asthma attacks triggered by seeing pictures of his ex-girlfriend on Facebook after she erased him from her page, some people are asking, Can social networking sites cause undue stress?

Lead author Dr. Gennaro D’Amato of the Department of Respiratory Diseases at High Specialty Hospital A Cardarelli in Italy noted that “This case indicates that Facebook, and social networks in general, could be a new source of psychological stress, representing a triggering factor for exacerbations in depressed asthmatic individuals.” D’Amato also explained that other possible contributing elements such as environmental and infectious factors were eliminated with a thorough history and physical exam of the teenager.
Peter Kinderman, professor of clinical psychology at University of Liverpool, brought the case, which was reported in the UK Telegraph, into perspective by explaining how people become stressed by a wide variety of everyday events and circumstances that can be as ordinary as watching the news or someone slamming a door.
“So what are we going to do,” Kinderman asked, “avoid all the varied aspects of modern life? Social networks and gritty documentaries are important to people and unless you’re going to live in a bubble some things will stress people out.” He also pointed out that this case simply was an illustration of what people already know—that stress can trigger asthma attacks—and that individuals should not overreact nor stop doing things they enjoy. Use of social networking sites like Facebook has been analyzed in other studies. In the December 21, 2009 issue of Telegraph, for example, an article noted that social networking sites were being blamed for the rising number of divorces, with one law firm claiming that nearly 20 percent of divorce petitions cited Facebook. It seems that partners are engaging in inappropriate sexual chats online, as well as flaunting indiscretions on social networking sites.


study published in CyberPsychology & Behavior reported that college students who spend time on Facebook and other social sites are fostering jealousy. As students search social networking sites for information about a partner’s behavior, their findings can fuel jealousy.Another form of stress related to social networking sites is cyberbullying. A recent study found that cyberbullying is linked to a number of mental health problems, with cyberbullies reporting emotional problems, concentration and behavior difficulties, problems getting along with others, and not feeling safe while at school, all factors associated with stress.As Jon Ayres, professor of environmental and respiratory medicine at University of Birmingham noted, “The issue of psychological stress triggering asthma is as old as the hills. I guess that Facebook simply provides another way in which susceptible people can be exposed to stressful situations.” The bottom line: if you know social networking sites cause you stress, then you can choose to avoid them.
My Opinion/ View:


Based on what I read about the article above, what I can conclude is that, don't be too obsess with all the social networking around us. We must control it, not vice versa. 
Apart from that, we must not too easy to trust someone that we just knew because that someone will harm us in terms of financial, emotional and relationship.
Moreover, we also must know how to differentiate the good and bad so that we can avoid ourselves from being cheated, broken-hearted and so on. 
Not only that, we also must not exposed too many information about ourselves on the social networking sites.
Be selective when approving new friends.
